  2. To Reduce the font sizes and compress into minimum pages

    Hi sirs/mams,
    Greetings.
    Please reduce the font sizes into smaller and not in " BOLD letter" which is highly consuming cartridges which is very expensive.

    And also compress the pages into minimum quantity which will control the usage of papers.

  3. Add English subtitle for Hindi Class

    As our mother tongue is not Hindi, it is difficult to teach Hindi for our son.
    Moreover the Hindi Teacher is awesome, and she displays lot of charts and practical examples and match the following to make the session more interactive. Would be great if subtitles are also added there

  5. Minimum one question to all the students before covering a subject

    Thanks for an opportunity given for sharing our feed back.

    Initially the first one month there was no any question from teacher to my daughter during the session but recently one or two times she was asked to answer.

    Agree that all the students cannot be engaged by Q&A. However, in some way it can be ensured at least minimum one question asked with all the students before finishing a subject in order to bring the students attention.

    Or, Q&A session can also be conducted exclusively depends how time permits, in which students can be encouraged to asked questions and…

  8. Concern about Teaching style Kannada Teacher Mrs.Jayashree

    Request you to please discuss Kannada Teacher Mrs.Jayashree.
    She never co operate to teach Aryan,as kannada is not our mother tongue.Time management is also concern.
    But its never happened class 1 under Mrs Suma(kannada class) .

    The way madam teach our child its completely unprofessional way.My child is not learn anything from her class.

    I am very satisfied about below mam,who taking the online classes very seriously and professional way.

    Dear team,
    My daughter had her first online class today
    I felt it was crowded, and voice was not clear, please decrease the no of kids in a group, it will not be a interactive session otherwise.

  17. Very Poor Customer Support

    Kindly improve your customer support team's efficiency. Do you really even have a customer support team or just running with one or two guys in support team ? Customers are the key to your business and if you mess up here , you are losing business and you will not be recommended or referred to other potential clients.

  19. Multiple classes in single Platform is not worth

    DAV teaching method of online is good initiative. However, students from multiple classes joining in single session is really not controllable. Class supposed to start at 10:00 AM and by 10:25 kids are not settled. In addition, password and other credentials to share 15mins prior to the class which will help students to get settle and session go smooth
