lot of scope for improving the system
A very substandard payment functionality. No transparency in providing the payment gateway or service charges being charged to the customer (parent here). The actual fee amount gets directly changed when we land in the payment page without any break up or highlighting the reason for increased amount. Secondly, once the payment is cancelled by the user all subsequent attempts are getting declined by the portal that too stating a wrong reason as if bank is declining. Actually, it is not declined by the bank.because if the bank is declining then the bank will send a message to the customer. On both the counts it tantamounts to cheating the customer and a very sub standard payment functionality. In these days even the recent payment gateways are offering much better functionality and service, surprised at this lackadaisical approach towards this website...need to improve a lot a lot and a lot.....please dont take customers / parents for granted
