Step 1: Login
- Login in to edumerge Portal on the Web browser.
Step 2: Update your Academic Responsibilities under 'Profile'
- Under Top Menu, 'My Account' -> click 'Profile'.
- Scroll down to 'Academic Responsibilities' section.
- Select Subject - Class combinations you are teaching. For instance: If you are teaching Maths in Class 1-A, 2-B and 2-C, then define (Maths, 1-A), (Maths, 2-B), (Maths, 2-C)
- Click on the 'Save' button on the top or bottom of the page.
Step 3: Update the Performance Marks and Grades
- Under Top Menu, 'Classroom' -> click 'Update Performance'
- In the 'Marks Entry' section, Select Class -> Select Exam -> Select Subject, for which you would like to enter the marks.
- In the below populated student list, enter the respective student marks.
- For absent students you can choose to enter 'AB'.
- Click on the 'Save' button once entered.
- You can edit the marks again until the mark entry is locked by the admin team.
