How to Update Performance Marks and Grades

Step 1: Login

  1. Login in to edumerge Portal on the Web browser.

Step 2: Update your Academic Responsibilities under 'Profile'

  1. Under  Top Menu, 'My Account' -> click 'Profile'.
  2. Scroll down to 'Academic Responsibilities' section.
  3. Select Subject - Class combinations you are teaching. For instance: If you are teaching Maths in Class 1-A, 2-B and 2-C, then define (Maths, 1-A), (Maths, 2-B), (Maths, 2-C)
  4. Click on the 'Save' button on the top or bottom of the page.

Step 3: Update the Performance Marks and Grades

  1. Under Top Menu, 'Classroom' -> click 'Update Performance'
  2. In the 'Marks Entry' section, Select Class -> Select Exam -> Select Subject, for which you would like to enter the marks.
  3. In the below populated student list, enter the respective student marks. 
  4. For absent students you can choose to enter 'AB'.
  5. Click on the 'Save' button once entered.
  6. You can edit the marks again until the mark entry is locked by the admin team.
