School emails going to spam folder

Please follow these steps if emails sent from the School are going to spam folder in your mail box.  This will avoid emails going to spam in future.

These steps are for gmail. For other email providers follow their respective option to whitelist the sender ID.

If an email was incorrectly marked as spam, follow the steps below to remove it from Spam.

  1. Open Gmail.
  2. On the left, click Spam. If you don't see Spam, click More.
  3. Open the email. (from: do_not_reply@portal.edumerge.com )
  4. At the top of the page, click Not spam.
To stop a message from being sent to Spam in the future, you can:
  • Add the sender email to your Contacts or
  • Filter these messages in to a separate folder.
