School emails going to spam folder
These steps are for gmail. For other email providers follow their respective option to whitelist the sender ID.
If an email was incorrectly marked as spam, follow the steps below to remove it from Spam.
- Open Gmail.
- On the left, click Spam. If you don't see Spam, click More.
- Open the email. (from: do_not_reply@portal.edumerge.com )
- At the top of the page, click Not spam.
- Add the sender email to your Contacts or
- Filter these messages in to a separate folder.
