Creating Content for Learning

The learning module is a coherent education and training block related to each of the competence units. Learning Content here can be broadly categorized into
Tasks - Could be Assignments, Projects etc
Files - PDF Files for reference.
Images - Pictures
Blog - a discussion or informational site published on the World Wide Web and consisting of discrete entries ("posts").
Online Test - Assessment Tool for assessing the learning

* Folder - special content that can be used to organize content within a learning module.

Let us take  example of creating a blog.

Creating Blog
To create blog you will have to create target group first. Target group specifies the audience for whom you want the blog to be visible. Target group can be Parents, Staff, Class or group of Classes and Groups.

Steps to create blog:-
1. To create Target group Click on the Create Target Group button provided in home tab of Learning Center and choose the relevant audience.
2. Once you have created the Target group, select the Target group you just created from the table. A new tab will open with option to add content to this group.
3. You can choose blog option from add content drop-down.
4. Provide Title & Description Here and save the blog.
5. To add content to the blog select the blog you just created from the table.
6. Add the content directly by typing in the editor or copy from word or any word processor or from any existing web content.
7. Save the blog content.
8. Once you have the relevant data ready for the blog, you can publish the blog by clicking the share button provided in the table.

Once the blog is published the relevant audience group will see the published blog when they log in & can leave appropriate comments.

Activities performed against each of the learning content is reported back in the form of user stats. The user stats column shows % of people who have completed or viewed your content.
