Allignment changes need to be done for 1st to 9th std
In bottom of the marks card
Place & Date should be in right corner,
Signature of the class teacher in center of the markscard and
Signature of the principal in left corner.
In 9th std Marks card Pdf ----- After Scholastic Area semi colon is coming in 2nd line . Kindly if necessary make the same changes in other classes too.1 vote -
Why the last years results not available as a back up in the system?
Last year my kids results were displayed on Edumerge. This year the entire data is not available. How can we access the last year data.

Better Education System
Our educational system is designed to produce obedient workers, not active citizens.
To produce active citizens, we should eliminate standardized content and, instead, encourage students' natural curiosity. We should especially encourage them to explore and seek to understand the systems within which they live--their cities, states, country, and international relations. We should have them study and critique our public policies, our laws, our economy, and our system of government. The key tool we should help them use is the scientific method. We should teach them the difference between facts and opinions and encourage them to demand facts to substantiate opinions.

Reintroduce slate and chalk peice culture for 1-3 rd standard. Hope this may save paper and usage of heavy writeing books.
15-20 years back 1-3rd standard students using slate and chalk piece, slowly because of so called modernization and you may call it as high standard same work got transferred to heavy writing books, It is more flexible to handle and teach them free hand writing where below 8 years student tend to do mistakes, Easy to erase and rewrite, This Idea may save the kids from carrying heavy books to his back and Save money to the parents too, I don't see any difficulty in start using slates, its cheaper and Cost effective.

Site incompatible with IE and duplicate menus
Kindly make it IE compatible, or have a message for running in Chrome on Top. The site shows two menu bars when returning, it is confusing.
After payment, take to the correct page, or have print the bill option, post which it should go back to home page. Currently you are asking people to click the Back Link, people will get confused if their transaction is done or not done.

Let parents carpool their kids with kids who live around their home and in the same school.
As a logged in user, give a list of 10 kids and the contact number of their parents ,who live in close proximity of my home and will have almost same route from my home to the school.
The parents can then collaborate outside edumerge system and carpool.

Progress report
The progress report should be in a downloadable format .
Also the View should be made simple in a single page - You will have to work on your User Interface.
The application is not responding well - You will have to work on the response speed .

Homework upload timings - announce it
A lot of students / parents look in edumerge as to when the homework and ptr (nhg) are uploaded on fridays. You should announce a time when it will be available.
