  1. lot of scope for improving the system

    A very substandard payment functionality. No transparency in providing the payment gateway or service charges being charged to the customer (parent here). The actual fee amount gets directly changed when we land in the payment page without any break up or highlighting the reason for increased amount. Secondly, once the payment is cancelled by the user all subsequent attempts are getting declined by the portal that too stating a wrong reason as if bank is declining.   2. Share the customer care number

    We have tried to upload our kid photo but it's not working . Email service or contact support service is very poor . Please share the contact number or change the contact support team.

  3. Fee structure realignment

    Kindly add the fee items in the order of term. It will make it easier for parents to pay all the first term fee items.

  4. On the fee receipt kindly add School name and School Logo along with address details.

    Its just a plain tuition fee receipts with no school information. We need to print out the fee receipts for investment declaration in our office. So please put the school name and logo at least so it looks authentic.

  7. I made a payment of 91065 using the edumerge site. But the amount deducted from bank is 92705!! What is happening?

  8. Site incompatible with IE and duplicate menus

    Kindly make it IE compatible, or have a message for running in Chrome on Top. The site shows two menu bars when returning, it is confusing.

    After payment, take to the correct page, or have print the bill option, post which it should go back to home page. Currently you are asking people to click the Back Link, people will get confused if their transaction is done or not done.

    Let parents carpool their kids with kids who live around their home and in the same school.

    As a logged in user, give a list of 10 kids and the contact number of their parents ,who live in close proximity of my home and will have almost same route from my home to the school.

    The parents can then collaborate outside edumerge system and carpool.

    In bottom of the marks card
    Place & Date should be in right corner,
    Signature of the class teacher in center of the markscard and
    Signature of the principal in left corner.
    In 9th std Marks card Pdf ----- After Scholastic Area semi colon is coming in 2nd line . Kindly if necessary make the same changes in other classes too.

    The progress report should be in a downloadable format .

    Also the View should be made simple in a single page - You will have to work on your User Interface.

    The application is not responding well - You will have to work on the response speed .
